    Also, do you have any rules/conditions for the 300x250 and 728x90 banners? Like does it has to be above the fold, countries counted, etc etc. I'm a premium publisher.

    Glad everyone is happy. We are sorry for the 5 day late payments. We try to pay on time but we miscalculated on the amount of funds needed in paypal to make payments. We forgot about the adding of closed inactive publishers. That was the reason why we had a delay of payments. Much appreciated for the patience.

    1) Is you count Uniques only or each and every impression? min cpm?

    2)like is i have 4 ads of same unit on one page then same time is you 1 impression or 4?

    3) any compaign for asian traffic except tier1?

    We only allow up to 2 ads per page. Also we increased the earning for our banner ads and adult popunders. Check it out!

    POPCPM has had problems with malware in the past. I was checking back here to see if they have fixed their issues but it seems they are still a reactive network. Thanks for sharing this with us. They should probably also remove the 'payments always on time' line, as prior posts indicate they were late on a payment.
