Dear Publishers,

We have recently reworked our system to fully help our publishers. We have deleted the default popups so that only Paying Popups will show up. Viewing your own ads won't earn you money any more since we just updated the system and ad templates.

We are paying a flat rate for $3.00 CPM for all Unique Popups from these Countries :
USA, UK, CA, and AU
We are paying a flat rate of $2.00 CPM For all Unique Popups from these countries :
Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland

We are paying a raw flat rate of $1.00 cpm for additional popups if they show up for users for the following countries above.

Ads will not show up anymore if they aren't paying. We have received requests to not show popups every time. We limited so that only paying popups will show.

Also, We have received word from our advertisers that some ads where they see it have sites which contain other ads like paid-to-promote.net or other ptp sites which redirect the site meaning that the user who sees the popup wont see it at all. We have decided to place a temporary hold on placements that have redirect codings until they are removed on the website.

Payments are close by for the 15th of Feb. Pending payments for Feb 15 th will be made from March 1st-5th. You can expect to receive payment if you have a pending payment.

If you have any of the following please try using our banner codes and earn! We only allow one banner per size on a page. Any more ads on the same page will result in a deletion of placement.

Also, we are releasing a premium publisher network for our publishers who have websites that consist of a daily 10,000 UV from any of the following countries :

Due to recent complaints of ads mixing we have redid our ads and sectioned off our adult advertisers from our regular advertisers. We have also fixed our ads so that the banners won't show up with the popup ad code that was mixed up together in our script.

All Placements have been deleted. Please update the new code so there will not be any problems anymore from now on.

Our Banners have strict CTR rules. We have to maintain a 1 click for every 1000 impressions. Placements which do not maintain this will be deleted.


Also for all new Publishers, We will be making a terms page for our publishers so that they know our rules. Also please understand that when you make a new placement you must put in the full domain. I've been receiving placements for domains written only in .tk . Please write the full domain otherwise the placement will be deleted.


Also those who are in the POPCPM Premium Publishers program, Please note that all placements have been deleted to fix our codes, please send a email to to get your new placements. Also those who wish to join the POPCPM Premium Publishers Program, you must have a website that has at least 10,000 Unique Visitors Daily in the following countries :

US/UK/AU/CA/Belgium/Germany/Hong Kong/Netherlands/Portugal/Spain/Switzerland

to be accepted.

Also make sure our popup codes do not mix with other PTP codes like trafficrevenue.net or paid-to-promote.net because if the placement is found together on the same page with those type of codes, they will be deleted and the website blacklisted until removal.

weird thing happened to me when trying out your program...

Once i visit the default page of my site... 3 pop ups came out... and the main window (My Default page) redirects to another adv..

Dear Publishers,

We just revamped the POPUPs design to fit the real popups that show up like every other site. Please try it out now. Placements have been reset to grab the codes for our new popups. Earnings are still the same as the previous email. Our popups are now better and easy to close since they are real popups and wont annoy your users as much. They work like any other popup now.
