They have had big problems with malware and trojans in their ads too. And they like to lie about it and act like it doesn't happen. Defiantly sounds like they were trying to hush you up by banning your accounts instead of just telling people what the truth was (whatever the truth was). I wouldn't recommend going near their network. Seems untrustworthy. Also, is POPCPM the same guy that owned and worked with the illegal pirating website?
If you check our forums, We have made all payments except for people have been sending us useless bot traffic. Your account was closed because you sent alot of proxy bot traffic. No clicks where registered on any of the ad impressions you us. Please tell how you managed to make so much yet provide so little. We dont ban your account if it reaches over $100.00 . If you check the forums, someone already got paid $1,000.00 and he has provided proof. His traffic has at least 1 click every 1000 impressions on our ads. You gave us 0 clicks yet over half a million impressions where registered.
Personally, I think explaining the situation is better than banning someone from the forums. But that is just my personal business opinion, I think it is a much less shady practice. I also don't think being facetious and negative is good for public relations. Does popcpm have minimum CTR requirements? That doesn't really make much sense to me if its a cpm network.. But I understand not counting bot traffic. It would probably also be less shady if you reduced the count immediately instead of waiting for payment then not paying. I think that anyone in the OP's position would be upset if they were told by the network stats that their traffic was being monetized and doing very well, and then come pay time the network says 'nevermind'. I would expect any professional network to give a fair warning ahead of time that certain traffic was not being monetized. However, perhaps ngeinc can shed more light on the situation as we do not have all the information here. IMO this whole situation could have been averted if POPCPM had better customer service But thats just the Human Resource Management major in me speaking.
your code show popup when user click anywhere on site. I use many ads network and never see CTR on popup program. I think you make a payment to another your account. Do not think everyone are stupid. @everyone: popcpm change terms whatever them want. you'll need wait 30 days more if they change Net15 to Net30. They always have reason to delay send payment. They do not count all impressions . Their ads have malware and show too much popup. If you post something to their disadvantage to the popcpm forum. It will be deleted immediately.
I believe that would be waiting 15 more days But I do recall ngeinc used to claim in his signature that payments were always on time. And then I saw users complaining that their payments were late. And I continually hear stories about malware from their users. They claim they check the network for bad ads every hour, which really isn't a solution. Because if google indexes your page with a malware ad on it, your site loses rankings fast and is penalized badly. The real problem is that they let malware into the network at all. Not that they don't eliminate it fast enough.
