PopChatter is social news site (like Digg) for Celebrity gossip and news.
I built it as a test to use Ruby on Rails and Ajax - and sadly haven't had time to update it since launch... but it has tons of potential. There is Google AdSense currently on the site and the CPMs are higher than standard blogs.

The best part is that the site is entirely search engine optimized (SEO) and already drives traffic from the search engines. The articles are optimized and rank beautifully in the search engines. In fact, over 23,000 pages are already indexed in Google.
The site is easy to maintain and should be able to grow very quickly. As part of the sale, I am glad to dedicate some time reviewing the functionality and giving input on ideas for future growth (my background is in startups and internet marketing / design). Glad to give more color on that as well!

Note - PopChatter is currently running slowly because it is being hosted at my design firm and it's a brutal server. They are stopping all serving in the future!
