    We count all unique visitors sent to us and we pay on a eCPM model.

    First of all, I will start with answering your previous question that you asked us in the past, regarding Payoneer payment method. We have managed to implement a test account for Payoneer, however, the minimum cash out is $50 and to receive it, you will need to contact our support team via e-mail at with your Payoneer details.
    Regarding the lower rates, I will need to know your username or e-mail used for your PopCash.Net account in order to analyze it and see where might be the issue. Please send a PM to me or contact us via e-mail with your username and we will check to see why the rates are lower lately.
