Been using them for 2 weeks, they paying around 0.0003 -0.0005 per 1000 for the majority of traffic, my site has an average of 4k visitor per day Mostly US. Several times i have noticed they site is down and the stats report do not get updated when the site is down, seems earning too. Asked them a few questions they didn't answer. I do not recommend using them. Their rates are not competitive regardless of the quality of traffic you send them. Another thing even though you set the pop under to limit 2 , many user of my site complained they had constant pop ups , seems the limit has no effect.
Popads were relatively good in my past experiences with them, though now i've switched to Edomz and i'm extremely satisfied with their services and rates. For all those looking for a popunder network i would definitely recommend Edomz.

With default settings, we pay 0.0005 for ONE RAW popunder. That is minimal bid and even for Asia, you usually get more. - Average publisher revenue per 1000 unique visitors from US(allowing 5 pops per visitor) is over $9.00 - I always do my best to answer all questions and usually, you do not need to wait too long for an answer. Just make sure to send questions to I am also usually online at all popular instant messengers for at least 12 hours a day, everyday, including weekends/holidays. - The problem of limit of pops per visitor has been solved(per my best knowledge). Also, if your PopAds username is same as your DP username, then I do see your emails. Both of your emails were answered within 24 hours.
I've used both Edomz and Popads and Popads is better for me. Also, the rates have certainly increased as of late and I am happy with that.
