Last 4 day my site traffic so Down & Reason is My site .in domain india gov suspend .My new domain is now .net .So we try to back all traffic to our new domian . hope you understand my problem .Also we naver cheat with any adnetwork .you can check also our exoclick report it also Down :

We use a corei7 dedicated server for our site & it use a lot of traffic you can see screen sort: .10-26sep use 16tb traffic

hope sir you understand it and my problem . Please sir active my ac we need money for server bill .

 

Any proofs for that? Or just crying without any reason(or multiaccount of someone who got banned for fraud traffic)?

By default rules, you would have not gotten your second chance. Yet, as I am the owner, it all depends on my good will in the end. As you insulted, I was considerably less likely to give you third chance. This should be a common sense.

I have reviewed traffic on your website( modapkunlimited.com ) which is not even online. Surprisingly this not online website(I checked, DNS is not resolving anywhere in the world), gets about 120 impressions a day.
These impression show a lot of suspicious activities on multiple levels(for example all traffic having same language, time, all being mobile).

 

He's using blogspot, seems he messed up the domain settings, he has lots of post actually

The thing is that despite the website is down, traffic is still flowing. And the traffic that is flowing is not genuine for sure. Also traffic in last 48h is actually higher than he had before, despite website being down.
The website was not detected before most likely due to too low traffic(statistical anomaly detection requires certain minimal volume of traffic to be able to detect anything).

I notice that the anti ad block code that is part of the api is currently being recognized and blocked by the Ghostery extension.

 

I could not renew my domain modapkunlimited.com expired on 2016-09-20. please remove my site and its fake earning {I think the fake traffic start after 20 September when my domain expired} and solve the problem. please remove my another site modapkpro.com and I am just a blogger and with you more then 1 year. We scan easylists and change domain as soon as they blocked. Not sure which lists ghostery is using, will check.

We monetize traffic from your network as well as from tons of others. But the issue with popads.net is zoo porn. Your policy allow this type of sources ?

 

Such websites are not illegal in our company registration country hence they are allowed. Yet, I know it is a problem in Russia and we are looking into how to categorize websites accordingly.

 

I will just translate it this way: yes not allowed, yes we know we have zoo porn, we don't care. Coz I know you guys have this issue over year for sure unfortunately
