PopAds.net Official Publisher Thread

Do you have your own thread where people can review your network? We should Popads.net alone here so that we won't get confuse of the two networks.

 

I wonder if anyone knows why PopCash.com counts for me 2x-3x much more visitors than PopAds? All my settings are set at 0 and flash compability as NO.

 

Sounds like you are using multiple pop networks at the same time and this is the problem.
For example in Chrome(which for many publishers is >50% of traffic), it is possible to open only one new window per click.
If you use multiple codes, the code that handles onclick event first is able to open the popup/popunder and all other codes are blocked.
As we do not want to slow down your page, we load our adcode asynchronously, which means that in most cases our code is loaded AFTER all other codes.

 

Yes. I use PopAds and PopCash at same time. But I have tested that for 4-5 hours, I mean I was using only PopAds on my site but still earnings didn't increase at that hours at all, seems like there is no difference if I use one or two networks in the same time.

 

My winnings in popads became very few
Is PopCash earnings better ???

 

PopAds pays 1.6x-1.8x more for me but doesn't count as much hits as PopCash. But still I earn much more in PopCash at the end of day.

No idea. You can try it for a day or two and decide. By the way, I also don't like one thing on PopCash. To my mind them system doesn't define a lot of users and you can lost a lot of earnings as well.

I am pretty sure it does make a difference. Are you certain that you had only PopAds code running at that time(perhaps the change did not apply due to caching?).
Apart of that, please run the Troubleshooter tool available after logging in. To me it might sound like you set some minimal bid. If you change it from default, it will result in slightly higher average CPM, but way lower impressions and revenue.
What I would suggest is install our adcode only and run our Troubleshooter to verify. Then leave it for at least 24 hours and compare daily revenue(as depending on hour, there are differences in traffic).

As PopAds owner, not sure if I should answer this

 

popcash just give a rate of 1.0326 for US traffic, it's so low . However, I see totally my income from popcash is bigger than popads so I think something is wrong with code.


1 impressions? It's impossible!

 

If our system counted just 1 impression then I see two options:
1. Your traffic is bot generated and we successfully filter it.
2. The code is not installed properly or misconfigured(which is most likely I guess). I suspect that you were fiddling with the Minimal Rate setting and you set it very high. Because of that your rate is high, but impressions are pretty much nil.

I've made $7.92 yesterday, it's "rate" in pdf result file was sent to my email and it showing only 1 impression

And yes, you are right, I don't know about code configuration, I just using default system code. Look like that:

I also check it by Troubleshooter tool but everything is fine, I don't know why.

 

Is popads safer to use than it was before? I tried them about year ago and had tons of complaints from users saying that there are viruses/malware on my site.

 

So, I have installed pops on my site however I am still not seeing pops being displayed on my site.
I have no default rate but I have set a passback code (which is not displaying also).

 

I received last week my first payment from PopAds. Yes, they really pay and pay on time.
I had a problem with the network on 3 days: my traffic went down, so my earnings dropped a lot. But this was solved automatically and now I'm earning much more than I used to.

So it seems like you just ran a wrong report. You are earning fine

We have always been pretty safe. Of course, with any popup/popunder network, there will always be threat of malware. While we do a lot to prevent this, no adnetwork can say it is fully malware free.
What you got complaints about are most like adware ads that say that your computer might have a virus and you need to download something to check it. You can opt out of such ads by disabling "Software promotion" ads.

Please try using Troubleshooter tool. If that does not help, contact support.

What happen to biweekly payment today? No payment has been sent to my paypal account yet.

 

PayPal payments are processed every day. Today's batch was processed 3 hours ago and we sent over $23k USD in 321 payments ( https://twitter.com/PopAdsPayments ).
Withdrawal can be delayed by additional 24h if you request to new PayPal email(due to security reasons).

 

It was auto biweekly withdraw. I always received the payment everyday Mondays at 17:50 hours. But not today. I will send you PM with my info for you to investigate
