    Anyone experienced downfall in number of impressions and CPM? Last three days, I'm experiencing with the number of impressions issue. Revenue per hour has been dropped from ~ $0.8 to $0.4.

    Contacting @tomksoft, I'm only getting "try troubleshooter" which only leads me to "improving CPM" issues by adding options. Did you maybe lost some advertisers over these days?

    Indeed, average CPMs has lowered a bit(but not 50%) for combinations of some countries+categories. This is not caused by losing advertisers, but a rapid increase of traffic.
    Our advertisers will need a moment to increase budgets. At this moment a lot of our campaigns are software promotion or contain autoplaying sound/video.
    If you do not accept such campaigns, your CPM will be heavily affected.

    There might be quite many factors for that. Network wide stats show increasing traffic and rates. We have just went over 2500 direct active campaigns.
    Alright, here is how it works - our advertisers set up campaigns and set max bid for each campaign. That is the maximal amount of money they are willing to pay for one impression.
    Then, when a visitor comes to your website, our system looks for which ad to display. So first campaigns are filtered(basing on your website category, visitor browser and other parameters).
    Next, two campaigns with the highest max bids are taken. The advertiser who offered the highest bid, is charged for the impression 10% more than the second advertiser.
    Out of what the highest bidding advertiser is charged, up to 75% is credited to publisher account.

    PopAds is a realtime bidding platform. This means that we do not set or control rates.
    More unique of course will have higher average rate, but there is nothing we can promise.

    We mostly suggest to use category targeting.
    Popup/popunder traffic is very specific and if you do not know how to use it, I would actually advise to stay away from it.
    It is not like you enter some keywords/categories and start getting a flow of sales. Pop traffic just works better for a different kind of campaigns.

    I can see that you have just posted on few adnetworks' threads complaining about rates. If all adnetworks pay little for your traffic then perhaps your traffic is not that good. Also, I suspect you have been running multiple pop codes on same page.

    appear. even so earnings are
    growing but small. but one that I
    love from popads is promptness in
    paying publisher. very fast

    We have various limits(not only ones you set) in order to prevent fraud. Perhaps you hit one of them.

    The default function is embedded in our JavaScript adcode which has not been changed for ages, so it couldn't just break :)

    Please my impression is not good at all for PopAds but far higher for PropellerAds... I used both on my site... I placed PopAds code on my header page... where I have the <head> but i place propellerads anywhere yet they show for almost all impression... I get 75k impression daily from propeller and get just 200 or 300 for popads.... my visitors are worldwide... I dont know how to do this.. I love PopAds rate and I want to make cool cash with them, but with this kind of impression count i wont be able to make nothing

    If you use more than one popup/popunder code it might not work well. Some browsers(for example Chrome, which has like 50% market share) will allow to open only one popup/popunder at a time so only one code on the page can fully work.
