    There are no technical problems. I believe that one of higher bid worldwide campaigns must have stopped and that would limit coverage in some areas.

    Yesterday my payment was processed twice because of a technical issue. My balance got negative and I got an email asking me to refund you. I did it through Paypal refund option (even if it was not necessary because I earn an average of 2.50$/day so my balance would have turned positive back during this day), but this money is not credited yet on my popads account.     There is no issue. We currently have 1600+ campaigns and everyone is receiving traffic just fine.
    And honestly, Skype will not help here, you have already sent us many many emails about this issue and we are really UNABLE to help.

    Additional information....I just want to share that popads is better than popcash...I'm a movie blogger i'm using popcash ads but after 3days i register to popads, and when I compare my stats in popcash and popads I saw that I have more money earn in popads.
