    Not aware of issues. I see today's batch went out. If your payment has status "Delayed" it means that it is delayed for security reasons(you have withdrawn to new PayPal email) for additional 24h.

    Same here, payment status is processing and I got notification in dashboard

    "Due to technical problems on PayPal side, your recent withdrawal has been delayed. We apologize for the problem and we continue working with PayPal to resolve it as soon as possible. Please monitor our Twitter status page for more updates."

    I use same paypal email to receive my payment from popads.

    This happens - that's why our system displays that information. Technically, it means that we sent MassPay requests to PayPal API and they were accepted, however we did not receive IPN with confirmation from PayPal side.
    So basically, it indicates a technical issue at PayPal side and usually it is just some delay(sometimes up to few hours).

    No, I blindly trust proofs. For example if two accounts are referred by each other and they both share the same PayPal email, then it is a proof for me.
    Fraud detection system only points me to accounts that should be checked.


    Regarding PayPal delay - I confirmed it is a problem with PayPal.

    So we sent 3 batches today(PayPal allows max 250 transactions per batch). Two went fine, but one got stuck in "Processing" stage. Once PayPal finishes processing it, these payments will be released and they will send us IPN confirming payouts.
    Unfortunately, from my end, there's nothing I can do to speed it up.

    hi, when I add my site to popads, it always says forbidden, because your bot access my primary server IP not my domain, my server have many sites on it, so I how I solve this problem? thx

    Seems like you might have some DNS issues. If you entered your domain then our bot accesses your site using the domain and sending proper Host header.

    You probably have some HTML compressor (or PageSpeed) enabled that removes HTML comments. As our Anti-Adblock code is made to be hard to detect, it is, well, hard to detect :) Because of that, Troubleshooter tool relies on the HTML comment.

    I can see that my employee took care of your case already.

    Will be checking shortly. It's been really messy recently, in last few days, there is an affected batch like every day.

    Past week there's been a great increase of rate. But the number of pops dropped.
    I'm guessing you removed some advertisers that lowered the rate but now there are fewer popups to use.

    We did not do anything from our side, just market changes.

    Did not see any increase of complaints about malware recently. Btw, that is one of the reasons why I always say NEVER to use more than 1 popups/popunder network at the same time.
