I can see it was resolved already.

Back then we had around 5-7 minutes drop of connectivity. It was resolved as fast as was possible.

As far as I know and see in support tickets, there is no major, ongoing issue with safebrowsing.
We did have incident with one of anti-adblock domains, however if code is refreshed often, it shouldn't be a problem.

If you are getting these ads yourself, you have to use Report abuse form. If it happens to your users, then they have to use that form.

Correct. If Adblock blocks all external scripts on your website, there is not much to be done.
The only option would be setting up a PHP(or other server-side) script that would act as proxy between visitor and our adserving, yet that is not a pretty solution(with lots of things that can go wrong).
