Regarding rates - same as always, nothing we can do.

 

The payment request was created successfully. But the warning on the "Billing" screen did not appear. Paypal payment request has exceeded 48 hours. When will it be paid?

hi tom i have a question
my website gets 300 - 350 unique views per day but i see only 182 - 140 impressions in my report and by the way i have 2 websites in my account on PopAds.net all of them gets 300 unique views per day? but in my report i only see 182 impressions or 200 is this normal? and why

Hi Tom,
I know you have some problems with payza but my only withdraw method is payza atm. Paypal halt operations in my country and i have some problems with Payoneer. I cancelled two withdraw, delayed after 35 days. Today i request a new withdraw. I will be gratefull if you can help. By the way requested amount is so small as you can see at below.

That is why our anomaly detection system keeps shutting you down. And it does it as designed.

Unfortunately, it does not seems like we will ever be able to support Payza(yes, we need to remove that option from the panel).
Basically, one day they said that all the money we have in Payza account($50k+ USD) is fraudental and they charged it back.
I could understand that SOME deposits might be fraudental, as that always happens, but saying that ALL of that was fraudental is pure scam.
Anyway, I hope this explains why we are not going to put our money anywhere near Payza again.

I am around, yet very busy, sorry for that. Due to some business management / compliance reasons, I am moving our company registration as well as office so that adds quite a bit of chaos.

 

Hi Tom,
Great ad network, we are satisfied.
However we are having a problem in our new website. The popads code is displayed using php, and the whole html page is minified including popads code.
Popads Troubleshooter says everything is fine, but the ads won't click.
Email support suggested to regenerate the code and try again but it didn't solve the problem and now support taking days to answer.
It's weird that Adsterra code works on the same pages, but we'd prefer to find a solution for this problem because PopAds simply rocks.
What do you suggest, and what am i supposed to do next?

 

This is quite weird, as usually Troubleshooter tool should not be able to detect adcode if it was minified.
I am sorry for the delayed reply, I suspect that my support escalated your ticket to me and I am pretty overloaded recently. Can you post/PM me the ticket ID?

"meaning full reply": Your rates depend on what our advertisers offer for traffic; we do not set nor control the rates.
I am afraid there is nothing to check on your account. We always sell each impressions to the highest bidder.

 

The problem is not with our code, but with your minifer which does not work accordingly to the standards. It blindly removes new lines from JavaScript.
Let me give you an example:
<script>
// This is a comment for code below
executeImporantFunction();
</script>

So first we have a one line comment and then in second line some important function is executed.
What your minifier is doing is it brings it all to one line:
<script>// This is a comment for code below executeImporantFunction();</script>

The problem is that now, the executeImporantFunction(); is also a part of comment hence it will never be executed.

The minifier can be fixed in following ways:
- Do not remove new lines at all(more simple solution).
- Do not remove new lines if there is a comment (//) in the line(more advanced solution).
- Remove JavaScript comments and then you can remove new lines with no issues.

I have some idea to "bypass" this problem, ie make our code bulletproof to such badly written minifiers. We will try to implement it shortly.
