Are you sure you have updated the adcode on your website after changing the settings?
If yes, let me know your website URL.

Yes, we process these all the time. Thank you. Let me know if any problem happens again.

No, sorry, none of these are expected to be added. We are too big to deal with shady exchangers.
We send like 400k USD each month to Payoneer, which is a reputed company. I wouldn't risk sending 400k to a shady exchanger.

    Sorted.

Got PM with your website URL. As expected, the minimal bid set in your adcode is 0 (ie. no minimal bid).
You have to change the setting in Code Generator, regenerate the adcode and then reinstall it on your website.

    Hey guys,

I don't understand something. If i want to advertise, my minim. bid is 0.001. This mean, i give 1 dollar for every 1000 visitors. And when i am publisher i get just 0.35-0.40 CPM. So why i have just 0.35 dollar CPM? Or how much the avenue share?

    Can you explain please, guys?

You changed the adcode on your website again and now it does not have any minimal bid set. Please, it is very simple - if you set the minimal rate, it will work. If you regenerate the adcode without the setting, it won't.

I wish it was like that :) Unfortunately, not many advertisers are willing to pay $1 CPM right now unless for US/UK.
You can go and open a campaign at $0.30 or even $0.20 CPM and you will still get traffic.
We do dynamic revenue share which on average is around 70-75%. Basically, the higher rate we get you, the more revshare we take. So if we get advertiser paying $20 CPM, you will get 60%, that is $12 CPM.
If we get advertiser paying $0.30 CPM, we pay publisher 80% revshare, that is $0.24 CPM. I believe it is quite a fair setup that motivates us to constantly chase better rates.

Each time you change adcode, you have set the minimal rate(it is embedded in the adcode itself, it is not stored on our end).

Max bid amount must be greater than or equal to 0.0001.
Why don't you increase the minimal bid? LoL. The lowest is 0.10 dollar for 1000 impressions. That's why we have low rates. You should increase at least for 0.0005. I know some ad networks where the minim bid is 0.001....

So i don't understand your logic.

Why so modest? Let's increase minimal bid to $5. We will get $5000 CPM and rule the world.
In fact, you can do it yourself and set the minimal bid as high as you want(just please do not come here complaining you earn nothing afterwards - you have been warned).

Back to being serious - this is similar issue to deciding on minimal salary. You can demand all employers to pay all employees at least $10000 a month, but there nobody would have a job.
Same is with advertising market. We can rise minimal bid, but that would result in lots of unsold traffic.

    Are we doomed now? :D
BTW, your prediction is correct, Tom. I'm reaching the bottom rates nowadays. Average rates now $0.4 and 2015 was $1.8!! I hope the rates will increasing soon ;)

You can set minimal bid in Code Generator's Advanced Options.

For Anti Adblock code, the minimal rate you set is embedded in the php file that our system generates.
It cannot randomly change or turn off/on. You can take a look in our PHP file and see yourself how it works(it is not encoded or anything).
My theory is that either you do some manual change like you regenerate the whole PHP file every some time or that you use some caching solution that shows old version of your site.
I really cannot do much more troubleshooting in this case, sorry. I am absolutely sure that minimal rate can't just stop working on its own after an hour or two from adcode installation.

    @DamBlue Thank you!

Also, some news - we had a dedicated team working on new campaign scanner for few months now and we are slowly rolling it out to production.
It is already screening all campaigns(currently we can scan up to 24 campaigns in parallel) and detecting autoplay sounds, gambling content, malware, tech support(or any other browser locking), google chrome extension forcing, google safebrowsing blacklisting.
It also detects adult websites using some blacklists however we are not overly happy with performance (such lists are good if you want to check if redtube is a porn website, but they do not work well on advertising landing pages).
We are going to implement something a bit more advanced using machine learning image recognition to detect adult landing pages accurately(early tests are showing good results).
These changes should allow us to greatly reduce the problem of mistagged campaigns as well as get rid of tech support or other browser lockers much faster.

Here is a little preview - scan results:

    Scan history for a campaign:

For each scan, the system gathers a sample impression that matches campaign targeting settings and "clones" the environment. It sets same timezone, country(via residential IP proxy service), languages, user agent, screen resolution etc as a computer from which the campaign could get an impression from.
This way bad advertiser cannot figure out that the impression is a scan and not a real impression; also it defeats cloaking attempts.
