One problem, my ISP has dynamic ip adress.

 

In this case I do apologize for misunderstanding. If that's the case, there is no problem. I am pretty sure that PayPal will reactivate the account.

@tomksoft how do you use the default code? i tried putting a javascript code, a clicksor pop up ad but i'm not seeing any pop ups. i don't see clicksor ad popping out when there are no pop ups from PopAds

It is not always possible to run default code(it all depends how the default code is executed). I will get my tech to check Clicksor code.

Well, whatever the problem is, it is not shaving. You can ask your friend to open popunders and open few yourself. The numbers will match.
The question remains why sometimes pops are not being opened.

That problem lasted for approx 15 minutes, as we had to dump data from main server to restore it on second DB server. Right now, as two servers are balancing DB load, all works fine again.
Regarding displaying errors - sometimes some debugging is needed on production servers, and that was the case.

tbh we have a wide range of traffic from most probably non fill country’s so I doubt pop-up would be served to them and I'm betting a lot of the better paying country’s users have effective pop-up blockers or the popads DNS entry set to a loop-back so it wont load anything. Remember this is a porn site and most of the users are wise to how to block them pesky little ads :/

For best country coverage make sure to allow "Autoplaying sound/video" campaigns, as we have plenty of advertisers with such campaigns.
Soon, pop code will be improved to increase numbers of popunders.
