Popads.net has stopped paying ???

    Hello guys,
    I've been working on Popads.net for more than a year and recently i've been facing the annoying message above "you are not allowed to make withdrawals... " for some time now . I send 3 support tickets but i still got no answer from them. So are they paying someones only ??
