I would just like to say that I am more then pleased with tomksoft's, service. Advertising through PopAds have gotten me quite a few leads on my CPA Promotions. I chose to have all my traffic from the US as my campaigns were zip submit USA offers only, and every hit I received was from a unique us ip address. This is actually one of the few companies that provides exactly what is described and allowing you to choose the rate of which the Publishers receive for having my ad popup on their site was good, it allowed me to control the amount of hits I would get at certain hours of the day. Although I didn't receive a ridiculous amount of conversions you can never expect many. Anyways I am very pleased with his service and would recommend it to anyone out there looking for advertising.

Is this scam network? my friend personally ask to tomksoft's on messanger

I am the owner of PopAds. I am really sorry for the recent problems.
I've done all I could to prevent it(raid1 array for data, backups etc.), but sometimes there is nothing that can help. Also, yesterday due to data transfer to new server I was unable to give any ETA.

Right now, my techs tell me it is all fixed(except few domains) and it should be all back working within 1-2 hours.

Also, I am discussing high availability cluster solution that should give us 100% uptime

 

Still your site is not working i think 24 hours has been gone yesterday u told me that it will take 1 or 2 hours

 

We had some more problems than expected(ETAs were provided by my techs).

At this moment all is fully working again. Also, new cluster solution will be set up next week, as we are still waiting for some additional hardware to arrive.

What is the CPM for Romanian traffic from educational websites?
