Pop-ups, pop-unders and other ads

Hi,

I saw this Ad on a file hosting website and I was wondering what kind of Ad is it? from what advertising network? and how do they pay (per click, per view, per sale)?



I have another question, what is the best pop-ups and pop-unders network that pays per click or per view (NOT per sale, per lead etc..)?? do pop-ups and pop-unders violate the Adsense TOS??

is that megaupload by any chance? I hate them ads so much..

 

yah they are annoying, but my guess is, they could generate a lot of clicks, (maybe not intentionally)
