    Pop Up Traffic:

    $5 = 2000 Pop Under Visits

    If visits are only around 3 seconds in length, I'd say the bounce rate would far outweigh any ROI potential. Three seconds is barely enough time for most graphics/videos to load.

    Now, if this traffic schema is meant to inflate rankings before a sale, you should advertise it as such.

    The time the advert is displayed can be displayed for longer, you should ask questions before jumping to conclusions.

    I shouldve mentioned in my first post that the timer doesnt start until the page is loaded.
