   Hi guys,
   
   I want to add a feature that does the following:
   
   When someone visits my site, immediately a pop up appears. The pop up gives them two options:
   
   1) Enter their Name and Email and Subscribe
   
   2) Do not subscribe
   
   How can I do something like this?
