Pop-under/up Traffic converting

    Has anyone ever paid for CPM pop-up/under traffic and it converting into sales? If so can you tell me what the website or who the seller was because I want to buy traffic that converts. I'm looking for a 1-2% CR.

    I bought 10000 hits to once of my cpa affiliate links.
    The conversion rate was 0% :p
    Thats a pity considering the fact that I needed only 3 leads to get 100% ROI.

    Ofcourse, you're results might be different, but I'd suggest not to use it, especially f you're looking for sales
