Pop Under Script that Allows Rotating Ads

So i need a pop under code. Most of the codes i have found first of all only allow for a URL. I want to be able to use a CPA banner. So basically it needs to have an image function.

I also want to be able to have 2 rotating ads. So visitor one sees ad 1 and visitor 2 sees ad 2. They alternate viewers.

Can anyone help me out? PHP or Java is fine.

Wouldn't you be able to use something like this:

$page1 = "";
$page2 = "";
$page3 = "";
$mypages = array($page1, $page2, $page3);
$myrandompage = $mypages[mt_rand(0, count($mypages) -1)];
?>

And then specify $myrandompage as your popunder?
