Absolutely, We are getting on board every decent pop under and pop up network we can find and we are getting a positive ROI on all of them. Indeed there are some shady/fake networks, we try to detect them before investing in them ... the ones that have low CPM we don't really consider touching. Our offers convert very well with this type of traffic, in fact we are almost complete building our affiliate back end for our program, it will be up soon, I'll let you know if you want to check it out.
