Pop Under and Adsense

    Hello,
    I am not sure if I can run Adsense and pop under in the same site.
    Its not about adsense ads in a popunder window. The ads will be showed as usual and an extra pop under from a different network will be added.
    I search the Program Policies of Adsense and found no strict restriction. They just don't allow adsense units in the popunder window as far as I can understand.


    Is this okay with the policies?

    No, adsense no allow both pop-under or pop-up
    This is against adsense TOS

    Do all the pop-unders interfere with site's navigation?

    They simply distract the users and that could be the reason why google dislikes it...
