Poor looks in search engine listing, mainly Google (n00b)

I apologize fore extreme n00b question.

I have been writing on a couple of pages regarding free software during four years. They show up in Google but the description under them is not a good representation of their content. I wish to have a short summary of the text and some links to the most important anchor tags.

The addresses of the pages are
    http://example.com/a/b/c/page1.php
    http://example.com/a/b/c/page2.php
    etc
All pages are redirected "in frame" so Google really show links to the redirected addresses:
    http://another.com/1/2/3/a/b/c/page1.php
    http://another.com/1/2/3/a/b/c/page2.php
I am not sure this is relevant, sorry for putting it here if not.
(The domains "example" and "another" are used for many other things, but the directory that the pages reside in is purely for my pages on Ubuntu-Linux.)

    My question is:
What should I do to be able to control the content of the Google listing? I wish to have a Google listing like this for example:

    Ubuntu-Linux installation
Tha page gives an overview how to install Ubuntu-Linux. Areas particularly covered are ... ...
[Link to anchortag about partitioning] [Link to anchortag about USB-installation]
    etc
