Take heed to warning of non-sufficient insurance carrier that takes your money and then covers nada. N.A.C.U.A. stands for North American Chemical Users & Applicators Association, Inc. Their rip-off tactics are about as long as their name. This firm operates out of a P.O. Box 520400 in Salt lake City Utah. They specialize in selling high priced business liability insurance through an association underwriter. They specifically target small pest control firms and independent applicators. The insurance they sell can easily be paid for in payments. Because of the payment plan they can charge the small companies 4 to 5 times more than normal market rates. Their coverage does not cover anything other than an event occurring at the time of application only. It is the most limited high priced rip off policy on the market. Avoid any purchase from or through N.A.C.U.A. If you do or are currently covered by their insurance underwriter then do not expect any claims or legal fees to be covered should they arise. When a claim is filed it is turned over to “C.D.A. “, stands for Claims Direct Access, a claims denial sub contractor service. Do try your best to find an alternative reputable insurance brokerage firm as soon as possible. Businesses and individuals that carry insurance with N.A.C.U.A. North American Chemical Users & Applicators Association, Inc., are subjecting them self’s
to great financial loss should they need the services and any claims satisfied. Read the fine print and C.Y.B.
