Poor hop tracking last couple of days?

I noticed that my hops dropped dramatically yesterday, so I thought there was a delay or something, but they never appeared, and today same story.

I know I am getting clicks because I checked my PPC account and traffic is normal.

Are you having the same problem?

I think the reporting is off. I have a few sales that don't show up in an analytic search for today. It's either way behind, or just not reporting correctly.

Yeah same here, i have to check my hops from previous day on the next day because they are so delayed. Its unbelievable, why is it so hard to make a system that works?!! They can hire the best programmers and site administrators so whats the problem...

Yep there have been posts about this on Warrior Forum too. Reporting is f**ked in the past few days. No problem with sales and affiliate credit though.

Reporting is always off, I made like 10 sales yesterday and they aren't even showing on analytics.

I'm not one to complain but something has been definitely wrong the last few days...

Why a mutli-million dollar company can't get their act together is way beyond me.

It's this crap and their notorious lack of prompt support that starts all the "CB is stealing my sales" threads and hate...

Yeah I noticed tracking was slow for the last few days, like it took the whole day for it to catch up, I was worried at first that I had no hops after 7 hours lol, but yeah it was a prob with the tracking, at the sales weren't effected!!

Let's be clear here guys, this is simply a reporting problem. No sales are being skimmed or stolen. I know some people have a beef with CB about that but this is totally unrelated - I see people jumping on this hop reporting problem on this form and others as ammo, when it clearly is not.

Remember, analytics is still technically in beta. Frankly they should have a fully working non-beta version though. Every other affiliate platform does. It ha sure been a long time in "beta".

Yeah today not even got any statistics or tracking its ridiculous, as long as it doesn't affect sales though I don't mind.

I have a URL shortened through bit.ly, and bit.ly is showing a total of well over 500 clicks, and clickbank analytics is only showing a little over 200. Heres a good question. If they can't get clicks to report accurately, how does ANYONE know that sales are being reported accurately???
The only way to know this is if every person that buys the product emails their reciept to you. I meam come on guys what would lead us to believe that the hop reporting is totally fd up, but the sales part is working perfectly. This is a real problem for Clickbank. Internet marketing guys spend a lot of time money and effort to make a sale, If we don't feel comfortable with and trust the system thats a HUGE problem.

There is a ton of time, energy, and money at stake, If we can't trust the Clickbank system to record EVERYTHING accurately, we have a HUGE problem.

Let's be real clear, how do you know this is simply a reporting problem???
I had a product i was marketing as a affiliate, the first day i marketed it, my sales were 3, my clicks from analytics outside of Clickbank went up, Clickbanks analytics didn't reflect the massive increase in clicks, and sales completely stopped. Now you explain that one???

Sales are showing up in "transaction" but the hops are not being reported for those sales.

How do you know ALL the sales are showing up? If not ALL hops are showing up! Does a buyer contact you after every sale?

I'm not even getting quarter of the hops that I should be getting (my site views are same as normal). And my sales are almost down to 0 :(

In ALL my accounts, ALL hops are showing up.

There has been about a 12 hour lag this week, instead of the usual hour and a half.

To see what I mean, under analytics, instead of "tracking code" or "vendor", select "hour of the day". You will see as of right now, they are only up to hour 5, when it is currently the end of hour 14 CB time.
