Pool.com registering domains???

I'm looking at an expired domain that has expired over a month, orginally not reged at pool.

It now says when you type it in, in the browser that it's reged at pool.com.
Does this mean the company pool has reged it or someone has backordered it at pool? Does anyone have any words of knowlegde to add to this.

I want to get this and wondering if I should backorder it at pool or if that's even possible right now.

Btw it's not on sale at pool.

It is a good chance that someone did backorder it. Perhaps they did not pay or credit card details expired during the backorder period.

I have gotton some excellent domains from Pool. You can try to backorder it there now; in theory at least, it will go to auction if someone else booked it as well.

If more then one person backorders the same domain on pool.com and it gets snatched successfully then you have to go through auction with other customers
