Hi, I am really a newbie in the domain names world. I ordered a few .MOBI domain names through Pool.com. The order was made for the landrush and on October 1st I received an email from Pool.com saying that I got 5 domain names and that my credit card was charged. Also their email was saying that I would get in the possession of the domains in about 24-48 hours but it has been more than 5 days. I sent them a few emails but they never respond to my questions. In the Whois information I can see only Pool information and not mine. Did any of you get .mobi domains with Pool and if yes are you able to manage them yet? Thank you!
