I find lack of time is my major problem and also laziness. I am working on increasing my effieiency but as of now it has been a total failure.

In my opinion, it's lack of information. Making plans and following through with them seems to be fairly easy with me. Funds, well, I don't have much but I'm managing. The right knowledge would definitely fix that.

What I need is solid info with regard to marketing a site. There's just too much faulty knowledge out there in cyberspace. Where do I turn? Ignorance is not bliss on the web, especially if you're trying to earn a living.

For me it's the funding - I really believe that my site (www.AddAnImage.com) could do amazing things if I just had the budget to market it correctly.

But, I'm not feeling the motivation anymore and it's time to sell up...

Time- gotta pay the bills doing my real job and the average work day with my real job and my sites is about 16 hours 7 days a week, which I don't mind as I know some day my hard work WILL pay off.

    1. Lack Of Information
There really shouldn't be a lack of information because there is so much information regarding making money online... just look around this forum and already you have answers to 100s of questions....

    2. Lack Of How-to Blueprints/Direction
These are available all over the internet as well and im sure many members on this forum would help you if you asked nicely....

    3. Lack Of Funds
this is probably the reason for lots of failure.... however, in my opinion you don't really need much investment to make money online... i started with a single domain and hosting costs.... and i got it for cheap when i bought it ... total of $30 not that big of an investment considering i covered all my investment costs within the first two weeks online.

    i forgot to mention something...

the biggest challenge to making money online is building traffic to your website... just because everyone gives you instructions on how to do it and you know everything you need to know, it is still hard work to get it done and everyone's success will differ....

    hope that answers the question

    The hardest part is ...

    1.lack of writing skills
2.don't know how to create web pages and website , this is the hardest part.
3.Lack of money to hire someone to write contents and make a site for me.

As per information and knowledge , I have read tons of blueprints and that's not a problem for me , but I'm stuck on money to give to the freelancers.

So , the hardest part for me is lack of technical skills , which I don't like to read about because I get confuse.

The hardest part is the sudden changes in proper techniques in SEO and link building strategies.

i mess around with too many ideas. i would probably be better off with bigger sites of better quality... however its hard to fund yourself for longterm ideas.

    Amen.

+ I do get sidetracked rather easily, the internet is a great big place, eventually, networking can turn into random chatting, for way to long, there are fun forums, and stats, and so many things that allow ur brain to wander away froim your goals.

Then there's reinvesting, I should own sooo many beautiful websites by now.. but i Don't reinvest, so I'm still forced to rely on my own skills, which aren't half bad, but aren't the best either when it comes to web design, and writing (I am the best at that ;)) etc..

My main problem is the lack of organization

I start too many things at the same time
