    Mine is broccoli with sesame seeds. But I don't usually have breakfast until about 4 hours after I get out of bed.

    Nothing beats Vegemite toast in the morning (and afternoons!). I don't care what anyone says -- Vegemite is the single best spread in the world. But I suppose you'd have to Aussie to really appreciate the deliciousness of it. :)

    I know about Vegemite. A friend from Sydney, Australia sent it to me on my birthday as a gift. It tastes fine if you use little quantity. And for starters, be careful with Vegemite if you don't like too much salty things :D

    hmm, it kind of rare I take my breakfast since I always wake up in the nick of time and hurried to get to work or U but if I do get my breakfast its always plain bread with coffee.

    After years of battling for the #1 spot in my kitchen... Vegemite has lost out to Promite :eek:
    Fresh white bread with real butter and Promite is the best hangover cure I've found.

    Of course Vegemite is still the only option for making Vegemite and cheese sandwiches - so I still buy both. And even occasionally eat Vegemite straight outta the jar :)
