Definitely Pay Per Click Marketing. That's my specialty. I use Yahoo, Google and MSN pay per click. Great traffic!
The big missing one is: social bookmarking. I love it when a page gets stumbled. But in general SEO is the one I can't do without.
For me it's SEO and Email Marketing to my list. Those have made me the most money so far, and SEO when done well can continue to generate money over and over.
