    Personally, I like all of the top 4 listed (EzineArticles.com, GoArticles.com, ArticleDashboard.com and ArticleBin.com) but another of my favourites is ArticleCube.com.

    I use ArticlePostRobot that submits to all these sites plus around another 300-400 in one go. Well worth considering if you regularly submit articles.
