    You can't compare those products, because they are quietly different from each other. Nagios is the professional application where you can monitor everything ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! If your concern is about web server monitor and you haven;t got good knowledge of Nagios structure when i guess use pingdom or serveruptime. If you was to have something easier than Nagios, but self hosted when use cacti.
