Okay lets discuss all the views of sploging and adsense here. Of course Google's Blogger is well known for it. The key is, if splogger's adsense accounts were removed, would splogging exist on blogspot?

Are you a splogger? Just wondering is it that profitable? I imagine it would get a very low CTR since the content on splogs is practically worthless. And I imagine smart pricing would kick in sooner or later and make splogging worthless.

Another critical question here is: Will splogging get you banned by adsense? I have heard stories where splog fighters have reported sites and get no response or action by the google adsense team.

What about those crazy people who create 100s-1000s of blogs on blogspot with loads of links all pointing to their domain which has adsense ads of course just to get high rankings in the search engines. Does this work? Is Google Search combating against this? Is this against adsense? How effective would this be because they are all coming from the same domain (*.blogspot.com)

Based on the continuing splogging that occurs on blogspot I am lead to believe that it must not be against adsense, it is effective in adsense revenue. Otherwise why would it continue?

I came across this splog today:
    http://0-6600-player.blogspot.com/

The adsense account number on blogspot is different to that on the linked domain. The question is which adsense account(s) would get banned if any?

Google cracks down on the blogger site and only allow one account, splogging will be a big thing.
And lots of people got sucked into the whole idea of creating hundreds of blogs daily in hopes of making mucho bucks.

Splogging is a symbol of everything that is wrong with the Internet.

Advertising programs like AdSense have two main effects. First, they improve the quality of the web by providing incentive for people with knowledge/talent to share it with the world through an informative website. Second, they degrade the quality of the web by giving talentless hacks a reason to wedge themselves in as utterly useless middleman between web users and whatever information they're actually trying to find.

I want nothing to do with anyone who creates splogs; they're in the same category of human filth as the people spamming my email with viagra ads and Nigeria phishing scams. I would be happy to see them in jail.

After some snooping around on the Internet, I found some products that relate towards "setting up multiple blogs automatically to generate income from AdSense".

It is highly probable that it is yet another case of a mis-led seeker of online fortune, who got convinced that spamming keywords was the way to earning a living online.
