    You might want to rephrase your question to look for a software developer when you don't already have one in mind and you don't already have a developer directory in mind (e.g. performing the search in one of the major search engines). ;)

    I think Jenny said keywords, not sites.

    I also think its good question, simply because real human searches are more valuable and can largely differ from any keyword suggestion tool's output (specially overture's).

    So, Jenny, generally speaking, Id use something like "software developer outsourcing", "hire software developer", "outsource software coding" etc. it also depends of software platform I need, but Id certanly include it in the search.
