i bought a boxed copy of 7.0 years ago

 

I have a legal copy. Bought on eBay and transfered the license. It cost me around $400, so it was a bit cheaper than buying it from the shop

 

I purchased an upgrade (so as to not pay full price for a full version). I try to get jobs on guru.com but am often amazed at how low people will bid on a job. It is just driving our fees DOWN.

yes it does. very much. though in my opinion as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.

I can't afford to buy it 999€ so i use a "free" copy of CS2

Shame on me...

 

yup I bought it, but it has definitely payed for itself many many times over
