I don't think so. I don't think they would want a so called webmaster that simply wants to join programs to send spam to all there multi-million E-mail mailing lists! Do you even have an actual web site, ie a .com/.india/.whatever address with real content that you put up yourself?
The best affiliate programs are generally 2 tier, amd offer recurring payments, or high ticket items that have serious demand. I love programs that offer lifetime payouts. However the programs also have to match your marketing channels. There is no point pushing hosting if your have a website about flower arranging (in which you have specialist knowledge)
