Clickbank has always worked best for me. Never had much luck with commission junction and have not tried CPANetwork

CPA networks, specifically CPALead

 

I like cb and paydotcom - they both work well

 

I'm siding with clickbank, but they don't provide payment via paypal.

 

It really is dependent on the kind of site you are running. If you are running one with a niche on flat irons... you wouldn't want cpa and probably not adsense since it wouldn't pay to high... Comission junction would be good for a site like it.

Just look at what kind of website it is an think of what kind of site it is and monetize it form there. You can place ads that wont convert and place them on another site and convert... all about site setup and nice when making money from you site...
