    For appearance I would go with Vibrant Media.

    For quicker earnings I would go with AdBrite.

    *Don't go with Kontera, they suck and its a waste of time using them. Search this forum and you will find tons of bad reviews about their earnings.

    Vibrant media is a good one in my experienced. Before, I will suggest you to join infolinks, but now it is a "NO". Infolinks now only pay 0.03-0.04 per click which made me very upset.

    This is my rate of the inline ads publishers:

    Vibrant media -> Adbrite -> Infolinks -> Adjix -> Kontera

    Kontera and InfoLinks is still at the bottom, I don't think they will recover and rise their payouts. Maybe if some sort of glory will happen, they will recover.

    I give my vote to Kontera, very nice cpc's with them. Would recommend them mostly to sites with US traffic.
