    Hello all:

I don't agree with the direction we in the United States have gone, on the world stage.

On a much lower level, I absolutely honor the men and women who serve. Something to keep in mind - there are selfless vets giving their lives, and this story is worthy of reflection and honor:

    Navy Seal Dies Saving Lives.

Peace, brother. I am saddened by your loss.

I most certainly don't have the bravery that this man demonstrated, but I must ask this question: Why does he have to give his life in the first place?

Some of you will make a post saying that this is why he went into the military. I hate to say this, but that man, as brave as he is, died over a lie. The lie that Iraq had WMDs. The lie that Saddam was somehow involved in 911. The lie that we had to invade Iraq to liberate the people.

Henry Kissinger doesn't think much of this man. He is quoted as referring to military men as being "stupid pawns to be used for foreign policy." Before someone posts a mean message to me, remember it was Henry Kissinger, not me, who said it. I'm just showing what our government thinks of the men and women in uniform.

I show respect for the soldiers by asking the government to bring them home. Admit this war was another Vietnam and end it. I don't dispute the fact that this soldier was a hero by saving his comrades, but they should have never been put in that situation in the first place.

Tesla, I agree with you. And I am angry for this debacle and what it has cost, in lives, in the tears of parents, spouses, children, as well. I simply wanted to honor this man.
