Political site for sale. PR, traffic, and original content!

I've got a political-type site for sale. The site went live in March of 2006, so it's one year old. The site is a PR 3.

The site uses Word Press and has a nice template (we did it).

There's not much revenue to speak of since I only put Ad Sense on the main page and never hooked it up to our ad revenue network.

All the content is written in-house, so it's original.

According to Webalizer stats, this site received the following traffic:

Jan 07 : 53 visitors daily
Feb 07 : 49 visitors daily

Before that, the average was 45-60 daily.
