    When I get the description, "it" has already begun by the perp.

    Having a detailed description of a perp does not prevent an [SIZE=-1]objective consideration (i.e. bias) in my mind. It clarifies it, and makes it even more objective.

    A bias would be an unfair and non-objective influence. If the criminal is left-handed and I know it, that would eliminate every right-handed - saving them from my awful "bias"... now wouldn't it?
