Policy Violation Appeal. -got an answer, but what does it mean?

    Hello Forum,

    As you understand, my Adsense account is disabled.
    Recently, I decided to send an appeal to try my luck...
    I wrote a letter in a well-written language, and this is the answer I got few hours ago:

    "Hello,

    Thanks for your email. However, please be aware that because your site was
    found to be in violation of our program policies, it is no longer eligible
    for participation in the AdSense program.

    Your account remains active, and you are welcome to place Google ads on
    other sites which comply with AdSense policies.

    Sincerely,

    Kasia
    The Google AdSense Team"

    On the one hand they say that my account is no longer eligible for participation in the Adsense program
    "it is no longer eligible for participation in the AdSense program."

    and on the other hand they say that my account is active
    "Your account remains active, and you are welcome to place Google ads on
    other sites which comply with AdSense policies."

    My account is still disabled, what does it mean?

    i think the person who replied to u forgot to enable the account.

    I would say that the reply contains copy/paste error. Your reply was copied from some other but it was not properly modified for your case.

    contact adsense through help center about the mail u received and they will reply to you by activating your account. normally they fprgot to active and they will check your account and active it.

    It means that your site was banned but your account is still active, mean you can still use adsense on other website that not against adsense TOS

    if the account is still disabled, that would be nice if adsense could realize their mistake.

    It clearly says that only your website is banned, not the whole account.
    If you are having problem accessing your account, shoot an email to Adsense Support.

    Yes, your account has been disabled because the codes is still present on the banned site. Your account will be reinstated if you remove the adsense code and also remove it from the list of allowed site in your adsense account if you did include it.

    You will have to create a site and never run the ads on that site again.

    Thats what it means, all you need to do is create another site and put it in your adsense account. Then it will be enabled. "Good Luck"
