    we now require that publishers who use online advertising to drive traffic to their site(s) comply with the spirit of Google's Landing Page Quality Guidelines.


    can someone explain this to me

    Exactly, They are telling you , to PLEASE build something half way decent,

    Then again proxys are like MFA if you ask me,.....ah who knows anymore :)
