That's quite a unique concept, I think the concept is good but the design of the blog could be better.
The subject of this topic is serious, it will be controversial and a good deal of attention need to be focused on clearing out those who post for revenge (they did wrong and were punished) and those who are really being harassed. Not an easy forum to run but it will be a helpful forum if run correctly with the focus on the real harassment case and would be a boon to the community justice.
Try using cop colours. Like blue and black. And get a logo. I think you've made an unique site. Got a good niche. Good job man.
Good concept, add some kind of forum to it where people can report police abuse. Show them what legal steps they can take if they have been abused by law enforcement officers. Look for some kind of affiliate program that offers legal help, this could be financially rewarding. Good job!
