Selling Poker Website - PR3 - 1300-1500 visits per day

I would really like to not have to sell this site, but I desperately need the money for a trip that came up.

Site name: A B C poquer.com (remove spaces) its a spanish website (you do not need to speak spanish to run it).

Daily traffic: 1300-1600 daily visitors, can provide google analytics screenshot or even access.

Impressions: Avg: 4500-6000 per day.

PR: 3

Revenue: Through affiliate programs, I've earned $300+ in two months and a half (can provide proof of $250, the remaining $70 I cannot since the website resets stats every month). Through ads, I only sold one spot (which is not the best one) in the first day I published it, and earned $2 up to now with around 15 clicks (in a day and a half), and if the three of them are sold (published them yesterday), it can earn around $3 or $5 in the best days, per day.

It is prepared to give online support, but the visitors most of them speak spanish, and it can be provided through a website.

It was registered three months ago through godaddy, and if it's transferred, you will get another year for free, so you won't need to pay again until may 2011.

Please notice that one affiliate program is only available to non US people, so you either will need somebody else to manage that account from outside your country, or most probably not be from the US.

The Blog: Well the blog is the most important part of the site, as it attracts most of the users, it has already 300 readers, with 4-10 new ones everyday. It needs to be updated every day, but that's not a problem since there are hundreds of users that would be willing to run it as writers only, I would pick a reliable one or probably two, and then you wouldn't have to do any work rather than manage the ads and the accounts.

If the buyer doesn't speak english, I would be able to provide you assistance with any translation you need, you would have my personal email to ask me anything.

I just checked out the site and the Page rank as it was a bit surprising to me.
The page rank is coming as Invalid or Fake on all the testing tools I used.

Though the site looked appealing.

It has over 400 pages indexed by google. I don't know why it has a PR3, maybe because it has all original content, I really don't know. I woke up one day, and saw that I had PR3, that's it.

 

New stats:

Total earned: $500+

Visitors: On sunday, I got almost 3000, average 1800

Pageviews on that day: 10700

Price back to the original one.
