Hi, I'm trying to sell two pieces of Poker software via my blog - Texas Calculatem and Poker Office. I have reasonable search engine positioning (1st page on google) but am not sure whether or not my blog layout is effective in terms of marketting. At the moment I have banners in the top right. Beneath these are links that show users how to get the software for free (via special offers, not warez!!!). Please could members of this forum give me advice as to how I can improve my layout? Texas Calculatem and Poker Office blog Thanks, fcmisc.
Ever considered revitalizing this site, maybe to help the fight to legalize and regulate online poker? Looks like it was a pretty great site up until a few months ago, when it seems time stopped.
Nice simple site. Did you hear about potripper who had a program where he was able to see his opponents hands?? That made me want to stop playing poker on line
Any site that sends other player's card information to to the all players in the packet is coded very poorly. All legit sites only send the necessary information to each individual player, thereby reducing the possibility of being cracked to server-side only. The servers are monitored with advanced software and human investigators 24 hours a day to look for any irregularities that could allow cheating, or seeing opponent hands. I would recommend either Ultimate Bet, or Poker Stars. Both allow US and international players, and have easy deposit methods. Follow the links in my signature for more information. The lack of regulation of the industry causes sites like you mentioned to be able to get away with unsafe practices.
Dam man, this thread is as old as me! You guys should check the dates before posting, guys probably sold this four times over now... Jord
Definitely check out www <dot> freecsstemplates <dot> org. With a pretty design, you could do much better, I think.
