O.k I will keep this brief and have come in here as its off topic but I would still like some advice on what to do. O.K I am from the u.k and go on a poker site Victor Chandler, wasting my money and getting little sleep after a few beers. Well all this added up to me getting loads of action points, the reward for being loyal. So off I go to cash them in for an item worth £100. Just let us know which item and we will send it out, was the cry. Well a month after ordering, nothing. So I went on the site and through the support chat spoke to someone who said they would look into it. No word, no item, nothing a month later, so bcak I go again and speak to someone different, same bullcrap about looking into it. O.k benefit of the doubt, well 3 weeks later and nothing again. So this time I went on and said I wanted something sorted out as I was getting fed up. Oh we will look into it, me personally she said. I wont let you down, blah, blah, blah. I will ring and email the people in charge etc...etc.. Well 3 weeks later nothing again. So this time I am mad and tell them I am fed up with this, the talking has finished and I want to speak to someone in charge. So I get a support email address, they will sort it out. 2 weeks later, no reply, nothing at all. I am totally fed up with this now, I am past caring about the item and just want them to be shown up for what they are. I will never go on their site again, but I want them accountable for promising something and not delivering. Any ideas at all where to go with this next to make sure they actually do something? Thanks
