hey everybody i hope i posted in the right section.. anyways i got a site which has the name poker in it i just thought it was a good deal i was thinking mainly of getting some traffic, building a site, maybe putting some google ads. and possibly sell the site again at a higher price... i was wondering what you guys think i should do to make the site entertaining since there are millions of poker sites out there... the main focus of the site is explaining poker for ppl who are new to the game... the fact is im not sure just putting the rules on my site is going to make the content "appetizing" any ideas are appreciated!!
When I started playing poker online I wanted customer-written reviews about the different poker-rooms, telling you what paying in/out methods they had, how many are online at different times of the day, whether the standard is good or crap, types of game available, and so on. There are some sites like that, but all of them are so obviously just affiliate sign-up/rakeback things that it's impossible to know what to believe and what's just "selling". Having some genuine, personal, customer-written reviews might be a viable "niche" if people can find the site.
review site is great you could even offer tips and tricks on how to be succesfull and maybe some biographys of well know poker players for inspiration
I would advise you to start poker blog and the industry latest news. You can monetize it using pokeraffiliate or some affiliate product that related to poker and you can earn more than adsense

I would say not only info, tips, tricks etc etc, but real up to date poker news...There's tons of new sites out there...maybe you can review some online casinos, tournaments and use them to drive affiliate sales...plus real life locations to review..poker for all intents and purposes is popular and there's so much interest in it.
Hard work is the main key to every step of success but luck has also some role to achieve those successes. So many people in this world work very hard but still do not meet their basic needs.
